I had the chance to sit down with Maj Toure, the co-founder of Black Guns Matter—an educational movement designed to enlighten those in urban communities to the lifestyle of being a responsible gun owner.
Toure holds free instructional classes in urban communities across America teaching responsible gun ownership principles like firearm safety, conflict resolution, de-escalation principles, and Second Amendment constitutional rights.
We discussed some of the challenges facing those who, like him, are attempting to spread a message of conservative values in the “hoods” throughout America, in places that are traditionally democratic strongholds.
